Join Coach Marvin for this at-home, 20-minute intro to functional fitness workout. Don't worry if this is your first time, Coach Marvin will guide you through each movement activity. Don't have equipment at home? No big deal, here's what you need: 
  • a backpack 
  • a towel
  • water.
               Note: You can substitute a packback and/or towel with any item(s) that can be used to jump
                          over, ie. pencil, t-shirt, book, etc.
