Join Mrs. H for the second instalment of her Introduction to Martial Arts series. Martial arts is a form of Asian self-defence or combat that utilizes physical skill and coordination without weapons, such as Taekwondo, Aikido, Judo, or Karate, often practiced as sport. Make physical activity fun with this movement challenge.
