Join Kasha this Wednesday at 4:15pm for Barre Yoga Blend. A blended class combines the best of Barre and Yoga. We recommend a chair to use for balance and yoga mat. Don't have a yoga mat? No worries, just grab a towel and you'll be set. On Thursday, Sabrina from Fit By Design will be leading a 45 minute cardio kickboxing class starting at 11:00am. Cardio kick boxing is a high intensity workout that combines martial arts techniques with face-paced cardio.

Combining the best aspects of Pilates, yoga, and ballet, BARRE is a fun and effective full body workout that focuses on tiny movements that work under-worked muscles to fatigue. This video is a recording of our May 21st live session.
